BREATHE LA Pulmones Libres / Breathe Free is a COPD Awareness Program  ( LaEPOC in Spanish ) reaches out to the uninsured in Latino community with free information and workshops to raise awareness of COPD, the 4th leading cause of death in USA and a deadly but treatable lung disease. If you are over 40, smoked at any time in your life, or were exposed to second hand smoke or air pollution, you could be at risk for COPD and BREATHE LA Pulmones Libres can help.
