Volunteer for O24u Environmental Education Program Student Internships Available

Looking to volunteer or intern in environmental education?
O24u environmental education program serves inner city school children (ages 8-14 years) in after school care within air pollution impacted areas of Los Angeles County.

We need your time and expertise.

We are seeking volunteers with a background (or working towards accreditation) in general education (K-8) and/or environmental studies.

These projects are worth your time:

• Visit sites within LAUSD and other L.A. County school districts
• Develop curriculum
• Correlate program materials to California State Standards
• Package activity kit supplies
• Attend networking events with teachers and after-school program reps from Los Angeles County
