Summer of Service Begins Now

BREATHE LA mission is to promote clean air and healthy lungs trhough research, education and technology.

We are driven by a dedicated volunteer board and energetic, creative volunteer committees including Advocacy, Development and Marketing, Finance and Program and Research Committees. All BREATHE LA volunteers ahre the common goal of supporting our mission and raising awareness of BREATHE LA programs and services.

Board members are nominated for service from committees and this summer offers an exceptional opportunity to train for potential future board membership while building your professional resume. Committee members support board activities and BREATHE LA projects including O24u Hours, Advocacy Actions and Program reviews.

Other volunteer opportunities include helping BREATHE LA at community events and health fairs, contributing to fundraising efforts, serving in our offices to support administrative duties, and writing for our website and e-newsletter as an editorial intern.
