NEW 2009 Green Salon Series

In June 2008, BREATHE LA launched a salon series on clean air, the environment and healthy living-to wide acclaim and great accomplishment. The name for it was "Pollution & Solutions" and the six salons brought together hundreds of people, including an array of journalists, elected officials and their staff, experts, policy analysts, thought leaders, neighborhood council members, and other community stakeholders.

Growing out of that record of success and building upon the level of enthusiasm and excitement for more salons, we are proud to announce the
2009 BREATHE LA Green Salon Series.

Sponsored by Union Bank of California, the series format remains the same: elected officials provide the welcome, journalists serve as moderators, top minds and advocates serve as expert panelists and responders, followed by a robust Q&A among each other and the audience.
