COPD outreach and awareness for Spanish speaking and minority communities in Los Angeles

PULMONES LIBRES ( Breathe Free ) COPD Latino Outreach Program reaches out to Spanish Speaking communities in Los Angeles County to provide information and services to under-insured adults with COPD. This grant-funded program is conducted in Spanish and includes referrals to Better Breathers Clubs™ in local communities.
