Lung Health Advocate Scholarship, California Society of Respiratory Care

In appreciation of the critical role respiratory care professionals play in the
delivery of pulmonary health care, Breathe California is offering a $5,000 scholarship
to a promising respiratory therapy student who demonstrates leadership
potential in the promotion of lung health and/or clean air. As
professionals who witness first hand the impact of lung disease, the
Respiratory Care Practitioners are effective educators and advocates for
prevention of lung disease and promotion of lung health. Breathe California hopes to
encourage respiratory therapy students to become involved in activities that
promote lung health and/or clean air. This scholarship is a
collaborative project with the California Society of Respiratory Care, who will
