In 2008, 4-U-N-I students unveiled anti-smoking animated PSAs at the BodyWorlds3 Exhibit at California Science Center at Exposition Park. This year, the students will put technology to work to spread the word about the dangers of tobacco use with a witty text message created by teens and forwarded throughout Los Angeles and beyond to raise awareness on World No Tobacco day.
4-U-N-I Teens Helping Teens Quit Smoking is a student led on-campus service and leadership club in Los Angeles area High Schools. The program was developed by Beverly Hills High School students with guidance from BREATHE LA program staff. Students at high schools across Los Angeles County and around the world can download program materials to start their own 4-U-N-I Teens Helping Teens Quit Smoking club on campus. That's exactly what students at Granada Hills High School did!
Each student group creates their own on-campus activities and gathers once a year for the World No Tobacco Day Event. Join us to support and celebrate 4-U-N-I Teens Helping Teens Quit Smoking.
