Lung Health Educator
BREATHE California of Los Angeles County seeks a Lung health Educator to coordinate, develop and implement program activities in the Greater Los Angeles Area. The qualified individual will report to the Program Director and will be responsible for the daily administration of various program activities and meeting project deadlines and deliverables.
Job responsibilities include data management, needs assessments and evaluation for project activities. Act as staff liaison to local collaborative groups. Writing of reports. Coordinate community outreach activities and implement school base programs. Participate in activities to support special events, fundraising and other activities as needed.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or RRT. Experience in a community-based agency, non-profit agency or other related experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Bilingual English/Spanish a must.
