Lawrence M. Lebowsky of the Law Offices of Lawrence M. Lebowsky in Los Angeles, is Certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Mr. Lebowsky focuses his practice on income tax planning, estate planning, compensation, and other federal, state and local tax issues for tax-exempt organizations, individuals and business entities. Mr. Lebowsky advises public charities, museums, private foundations, fraternal organizations, trade associations, charitable trusts, homeowners' associations and other nonprofit organizations on issues of board governance, formation, planned giving, and trust administration. Mr. Lebowsky's practice includes probate matters involving conservatorships, estates and trusts.

Mr. Lebowsky has served on the Adjunct Faculty of the University of Judaism's MBA Program in Non-Profit Management in Los Angeles, where has taught courses on the regulation of lobbying and political campaign activities of tax-exempt organizations under the Internal Revenue Code and Federal lobbying and election laws. Mr. Lebowsky is a Past Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors of Breathe California of Los Angeles County (formerly the American Lung Association of Los Angeles County), and is a member of several other boards of health, arts, museum and fraternal organizations.

Mr. Lebowsky holds his Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA, is a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, and earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. He is a Member of the State Bar of California, and Los Angeles County and Beverly Hills Bar Associations, sections on Taxation, Estate Planning, Trusts and Probate, Exempt Organizations and Non-Profit Business Law. Mr. Lebowsky currently serves as Chair of the Tax-Exempt Organizations Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Tax Section.
