Eileena James, M.B.A.

Mrs. Eileena James currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for BREATHE California of Los Angeles County (BREATHE LA). Her volunteer contributions to BREATHE LA includes serving as former Chair of Development Committee and is currently a member of the Audit, Planned Giving and Development Committees.

She is the Assistant Agency Director-Administration and Assistant General Agency Director for Golden State Mutual Life Insurance. Golden State Mutual Life Insurance Company is a leading provider of Life Insurance, Final Expense Coverage, Annuities, Retirement Income, and Mortgage Protection services and products. Headquartered in Los Angeles, California, the company has more than a billion dollars of insurance in force and services policy owners in more than 14 states. Mrs. James joined Golden State Mutual in 1970 and has held various management positions throughout her 28 years of service.

Mrs. James earned her Bachelor and Master's degrees from the University of Phoenix. She is the Vice President-Home Office Section of the National Insurance Association. She holds a designation as an Associate, Customer Service from the Life Management Institute and a Designation as a Competent Toastmaster from Toastmasters International.

Mrs. James is the Assistant Treasurer for the Mission of the Greater Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church in Los Angeles, CA.
